I purchased these some decorative ceiling tiles made of Styrofoam from http://www.decorativeceilingtiles.net for this project after seeing videos similar to my own. I covered a pretty nasty popcorn ceiling in a hallway that had numerous coats of paint installing them in about 5 hours and here are the results.

Master Bedroom new ceiling

While renovating our master bedroom we decided to use the Styrofoam ceiling tile product as part of the process. I reviewed the installation video on the website and decided that I would trowel the ceiling with a 3/16" notched trowel instead of the dollop application of the adhesive. I just felt that the edges of the tile would adhere better and there would not be any air gaps within the tile or between tiles. I think I mad the right decision because the finished product came out great. My wife is really happy too! Great product, easy installation and very easy doing business with Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc.
Real Nice .....will look great

I received the box exactly what I thought I would get...they are light in weight and easy to apply. Not done, but they really make your ceiling look much different and but I need to paint them yet and well see how that goes.
But thanks again for the product.

I have used your product in the past ( about 2 years ago ) watched your video on installation which made the job a piece of cake! Product was used in enrty and dinning room...this time it will be used in great room. We've received many compliments on the "richness" it added to each room.

Bought These tiles and spray painted them. Everyone that comes over to see my kitchen is amazed at how good they look, and that they are Styrofoam. Great product, great price, simple to install, and good customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I love the way this tile looks, I can not tell that it is styroform at all. I put this in my bedroom and it adds such a rich look to the whole room. I am buying another style to put in my living room. Thanks so much
