Historic Theatre Ceiling Restoration Montevideo, Uruguay

At the end of 2017, Claudia Frigerio reached out to us regarding a ceiling restoration project of an old theatre, Teatro Español in Montevideo, Uruguay. The ceiling size was 250 square meters / 2500 square feet and the ceiling was made of multiple designs of tiles and moldings. Claudia flew to our office in Margate, Florida to meet with Julio Rivera and to provide us with needed samples of the ceiling tiles and moldings that were to be replicated by Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc and later restored by Claudia's team back in Uruguay to preserve the historical value of this old theater.

Challenge:

There were several rusted out panels and moldings that were no longer produced.

Solution:

Claudia Frigerio sourced Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc. located 1000's of miles away in Margate, Florida and worked with their team to replicate damaged panels to complete restoration.
