It is quite obvious from the title what this product is and what it is made of.  It should also be obvious that Styrofoam Ceiling Tiles are lightweight and therefore easy to handle and to work with.   I will be only using my own experience with the product to describe it to the best of my ability.  So what should you expect when you buy Styrofoam Ceiling Tiles?  Expect a product that weighs only about 1 oz(plain white) to 4 oz (painted), it is somewhere close to 1/4 of an inch thick (this includes the raised design).  Most likely you will be surprised how thin and flimsy these tiles seem when you get them into your hands the for very first time.  But make no mistake, these things have the ability to make your ceiling look beautiful and the best part is that pretty much anyone should be to able to install them.   I have talked to people that were quite elderly and who were able to tackle the installation themselves and thought that it was easy to do... I can say that these tiles are easy to install due to the fact that I have installed them myself.
