Albert Nelson Jr. has reminded me why I have started this company. My reaction was very much the same.

Your product is the GREATEST !!

I cannot say enough about the selection , ease of installation , quick shipping , web site , etc...........

I have shown it (your product , the results, and pictures ) to many people.
I even went so far.. as to ask Home Depot , Lowes , True Value, and many others here in Maine, why they don't carry your product.
They all say.... "Never heard of it, never seen it, etc..
I cannot believe that this MIRACLE product hasn't taken over the ceiling market !

I haven't even had to caulk a seam, as the panels fit so snuggly together.

I recommend pre painting a dark colored ceiling white, before installing white panels. ( just in case of a hairline gap )
I also recommend "Acryl Pro" as the choice of adhesive. It is white , and doesn’t show through the panels.
I tried "Liquid Nails" on one ceiling , but the dark colored adhesive showed through the white panels and I had to paint it afterwards.

I ran a few experiments with it also.

1. I sprayed it heavily with an aerosol air freshener. ( No damage. )
2. I left painters tape on it for days. ( It peeled off easily with no damage. )
3. I installed it on one sheet rock ceiling that was not taped/mudded. ( It worked perfect ). What a cost/labor saver that was !!!!
( I did dab a little "mud" on the sheet rock screws just in case a seam hit one. A dab of white paint would have worked just as well ).

Enclosed are some pictures of how well your product works, even over a rough/damaged ceiling.

Decorative Ceiling Tiles Used As a Floor for Photography?

This is very interesting since the name of the product is Decorative Ceiling Tiles and I am here talking to you about Floors. Well, it was not my idea but it surely looks great what can be done.

So far, there are two people that I know of that have used our ceiling tiles for floors. One of them is Kirk Voclain and the other one is Marcia Sandler. With their permission I am going to show you their images. Please take a look.

i hope this will give you some ideas for floors materials in your portraits.

Here are the products that were used in the images above:

In the first five images the flooring was done by using our DCT04 Antique Copper Ceiling Tiles. This tile is 2ft x 2ft in size and made out of PVC.

In the image by Kirk there are two different tiles used. One of them is 117 Faux Tin Ceiling Tile - Antique Copper and the other one is DCT01 Antique Copper. Each of these are made by a different manufacturer, so keep in mind that the color, altough the name "Antique Copper" is the same, are different. But as you can see in Kirk's images, he made it work quiet succesfully.

Royce Chenore from Royce Photography Loves Using Decorative Ceiling Tiles for Backgrounds

Today, after 2 very busy months of shooting, Royce has send me 4 beautiful (I will post only 2 because they are similar) images with our tiles used as a backgrounds. Royce Chenore is the owner of Royce Photography and is using several sets of our tiles.. Especially in the winter months when the weather in Chicago does not really permit to do all of the shoots outside. He has shared with me that because the weather changes very quickly where he lives, soon he will be updating his studio background sets with more Decorative Ceiling Tiles.

Not only that Royce is an amazing Photographer but he is also a wonderful artist when it comes to painting. The tiles in the image below are made out of Styrofoam. Royce has hand paited all 25 of them with dark and a lighter green color.

We have just gotten 5 new tiles on our website and I could not resist to make a video review. The tiles in the video are Faux Tin Ceiling Tiles and here is the order they are being reviewed in 220 Antique Copper, 223 Antique Copper, 221 Antique Copper, 222 Antique Copper and DCT 03 Antique Copper. All of the reviewed tiles can be used as drop in or nail up except the DCT03 which can only be used as a drop in.
