Visitor: OK, as far as the glue, being it is the ceiling can the tiles be placed and then move on to the next one or is there a wait time for the glue to set ?

Milan: Glue is called Ceramic Tile Adhesive, yes you can place one and move on.

Visitor: Some big tiles need to be help up with a board connected to a hoist and hold in place :( LOL
Milan: No, this will be the easiest remodeling project he will ever do.

Milan: They are not completaly dull

Milan: It is not necessary, it is just better in my opinion
Milan: It is really easy though.

Milan: You can roll them all at once.
Visitor: crunch time with contractor and not really time to paint....
Milan: You can do it after they are installed, takes 1 hour
Visitor: with grooves, would you not have to spray
Milan: no
Milan: You can roll them, just make sure to use 5/8 thick roller
Visitor: Sorry again, yes I see but we have already painted the walls and I guess would have to paint by hand
Milan: I have painted these in rooms full of furniture.
Milan: It is not hard.
Milan: Cut arround the edges and paint with a roller
Visitor: I understand
Milan: But like I said, it is not required and it always can be done after if you preffer.

Milan: What you could is to go to your local Home Depot or Lowes and match the dark color of the tile, paint the molding and find some matching silver and roll over the raised pattern Milan: Moder Masters make very nice metallic paints Visitor: ok, i see what your saying Milan: ok Visitor: There is some nice molding , so i will have to take some time to pick the right one. Milan: Yes, there are some nice ones! Milan: This Crown Molding Would Be My Choice for 223 Tile Visitor: I only have 8ft ceiling , do u think that would look to big? Visitor: I was looking at the 4inch wide , but its out of stock Visitor: the 14 DCT is nice, but sold out Milan: I don't think it is too big Milan: Yes, that would get lost with the 223 tile Milan: The tiles is quite deep Milan: But yes, the design matches too. Visitor: tile 0601 classic times square Milan: ok Milan: Which finish? Visitor: silver Milan: We have Tin Plated Steel at 7.75 per tile which has to be primed and painted. Milan: We also have Mill Finish Aluminum at 9.75 per tile which has to be painted from the face side. I forgot to mention that Tin Plated Steel will rust unless you painted from both sides. Milan: at 14.5 per tile is Clear Coated Aluminum which you can install and it will stay looking the same (silver) for a very long time. Milan: One moment I will qoute the shipping please. Milan: Shipping cost is 120 dollars and it will take about 2-3 weeks to deliver them. Visitor: So it woul be 14.50 x 60 =870.00 + 120.00= 990.00 total.
